Classes and workshops From the Heart...

Sacred Agreements - the purpose of this 2-day class is to demonstrate a basic understanding of what your life purpose is or what your personal mission is. Through the exploration of various archetypal models, students will embark on a complex and fascinating journey of self-discovery, understanding current life situations and the agreements made with self and others will also be explored. We will be identifying personal roles and modes of behavior using the various theories and models available. We will also explore personal obstacles and opportunities. There is a good amount of self-reflection throughout the course and in various assessment tools, meditations and exercises. By the end of the course the goal is for each student to have a more solid direction for self and a greater commitment to one’s own life agreement.

Embracing the Hero’s Journey - What if every one of us is on own hero’s journey? How would we participate in our lives if we accepted our own heroes’ journey? Challenges and adversity begin to look very different when we view them from a hero’s perspective. When we embrace our own hero within, we have the tools to help ourselves and others grow in marvelous ways. 

Saturday 3/21/26, fee 6 hour class $99.00.

Grief and Trauma - What if the path to healing trauma is to work through grief? We all suffer loss in some way and when we are dealing with loss, we are mourning something. To understand the connection to trauma, grief can be the gateway to greater healing.

Dancing with the Shadow - Shadow work is very powerful, however often people will avoid this work because of the many myths and misconceptions we have formed about shadow work. Together let’s remove the resistance and embrace the opportunities our shadows are inviting us to explore. During this workshop we will tap into your golden shadow and the gifts and talents you have hidden away.

Choices - Everything is a choice. How do we take accountability for our choices and encourage our clients to be truly brave and embrace the choices that have been made? The more we understand our motivation for our choices the more we can empower ourselves to love the choices we make.

Embracing the Moments That Define Us - Delve into these transformative junctures, exploring how they challenge us, push us to grow, and ultimately contribute to our personal narratives. Through stories of courage, introspection, and resilience, this course invites you to reflect on your own turning points and embrace their profound impact on your journey through life.

Understanding, and Manifesting Your Dreams - This 2 day workshop is designed to make the most of your dream world and to enhance your sleep naturally! Dreams are your brain’s way of sorting through information, as well as reflecting desires, hopes and wishes.  Learn to manifest your dreams and understand those dreams that don’t seem to make any sense. Learn to become a more effective problem solver in your dreams.
                                                                      

2 Saturdays - June 13 and 20/2026, fee $198.00.

Adding Tools to Your Toolbox - This class focuses on coaching tools that are essential for a hypnotherapist! You’ll be introduced to effective tools that will help to create even greater success with your clients.
